The lack of patience by the counter man was exceeded only by his arrogance.  I will drive to Nashville before driving the 2-3 miles from my home to this business again. Better yet, I’ll just order it on line instead of patronizing our local store(s). If there were 1/2 star, I would award it.

The customer service was exceptional and the staff was very friendly and easy to deal with!

The lack of intelligence by the counter man was confirmed by this potential customer after he confronted us for parking in the parking lot.

Just so you get the full story here, James and his crew in a truck and long trailer pulled into middle of a two lane driveway and just parked in the middle of the entrance. The rig was preventing anyone else from entering or leaving. Needless to say its a huge parking lot with plenty of places to park. We opened the door and said " hey you can't park there its in the middle of the driveway" that was the end of it from our perspective. Once they got their food from the food truck him or one of his crew members thought they'd glare into our office window and try to intimate us while yelling profanity as loud as he could.

Great guys. Very helpful and knowledgeable. See them for all irrigation needs
