  The night before I submitted a request for a drain to be cleared. The next morning, I received a phone call to schedule a time for a technician to come out. Communication was great! I received a phone call when the technician was on his way, as well as text messages. This really helped, as I was working from home. The technician who did the service was very professional and courteous. He took precautions to keep my home clean without tracking in snow and cleaning up when he was finished. Before doing the work, the technician let me know about pricing and costs associated with this service. The technician was about to clear the drain in a timely manner. Overall, this was a very favorable experience, and I would definitely use Benjamin Franklin Plumbing again.

  Once again, Ben Franklin Plumbing makes us glad we use this company! Toby is personable, professional, and informative. He and his colleague Jeremiah completed the repair we needed done today, and on a whole house inspection at our request, found a maintenance issue that they will address on their next service call. Our 30-year-old home is new to us, and we can't be completely sure which services have been done over the years. Better to take care of things before they're a problem. This company is so reliable and they do quality, comprehensive, guaranteed work. We highly recommend them. Update on maintenance issue: Brian came out today to take care of this, and did a great job. He let us know what was involved and kept us informed of his progress. He's very personable and professional, as are all BF Plumbing employees. We're reassured that everything has been well taken care of.

  I needed a new sump pump installed as well as a couple faucets inspected. Chris advised me on the faucets and quoted me a price for each issue and then quickly installed my new sump pump and took away the old one along with a couple other old ones sitting there. He and his partner were quick, easy to deal with, friendly, and informative. I appreciated their work!
