I have a leaky faucet. I knew there was a $146 fee for just coming over and diagnosing/trip fee that would be waved if they did the work. And I agreed to it on the phone but how it went down just did not seem right. DT came in, nice, masked, on time. He looked under the sink, gave me a brief description of what he saw as wrong and said we needed a new faucet because this one couldn't be fixed. I said we were thinking of upgrading to a stainless steel sink and faucet. He basically said, "Yeah, I don't have what you want so I'm sorry but I can't help you. That will be $146". I asked him isn't there any way to fix it?? Like just make it not leak? He said something like "I don't do know how to rig things, sir. I fix it all the way or not at all." I asked him a few more questions but then had me pay him and he was gone. Whole thing was like 15 minutes at most! I just did not feel like I got any value for the $146 that I paid. It was weird.

The folks at B&W are top-notch. They were very knowledgeable and helped me find a toilet to fit my needs. They gave me a list of brands and models with the cost involved plus installation. When Mitchell arrived he double checked that I knew what the price would be before he started working. He was polite, professional, and quick to remove my old toilet and install my new one. All in all B&W will now be my go to company for any future plumbing needs!

We used B&W at our old house. When we moved Across town in our heating needed some work, I called some companies and they all put us out a week. We decided to see if B&W serviced our current location… They were out within a couple hours!! Extremely helpful, explained everything… Highly recommend this company!
