Mr. Jordan Moore was very professional, great company to keep. Work fast and efficient and always had a smile on his face (even though I couldn’t see his face because he was wearing a mask. But I felt the energy). He was also very helpful with giving advise on other current issues I was currently having. Had a fast turn around time with coming back with another issue that was reported and great communication! Would love to have him back directly for future services!

Great first experience. There was a scheduling miscommunication on their end so the representative informed me that since they have a "pay you if they are late," policy and they did not arrive within the window that I was quoted at, $300 would go toward my repair! The technician arrived, he was already wearing a mask (which is important to me since my 14 month grandson and pregnant daughter were there), was courteous, and found the multiple problems that I was unaware of. I plan to call them again for the rest of my plumbing issues.

Gavin and Hunter , the two installation techs were superb and professional in every way. Both performed top Quality workmanship. If any future services are needed by me , I will request them by name to provide the service. Benjamin Franklin plumbing , has hired two very professional technicians, Excellent customer service, and workmanship.
