  We called Roto Rooter for an emergency septic system pump and service Friday morning and they were able to come out on the same day. The techs, SB and C were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. Excellent customer service. They went above and beyond. We highly recommend this company. Thank you!!!!

  I called the place and they told me that they don't do outside the county of Montgomery. I am disappointed when I saw the available areas around Montgomery counties and one of them was my county.

  The guys who came out were so nice and friendly. They didnt seem bothered when I followed them around and asked questions. Took some extra effort to find my tank since I didn't know where it was but unlike the other company I dealt with they didn't give up. Thanks again.
