  Harley Fuller came to do yearly maintenance. He was very professional and prompt. I have had a few technicians from Benjamin Franklin and they have all been really great and knowledgeable. I will definitely keep using them for my plumbing needs.

  Nick and his assistant were absolutely marvelous. After dealing with Roto-Rooter misdiagnosing the problem by simply looking at the backup in the tub, Benjamin Franklin plumbing came out, inspected the leak I found under my house, and suggested a fix. Nick came out today, cleared t the blockage, reattached a pipe, and pointed out a root under my house that will cause major issues in the future. Thank you so much for the professionalism and the polite workers. I will definitely recommend you all!

  I had a leaking shower head and called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing for assistance. Although the guy was very nice, I was unsatisfied with the service. He looked at the shower for 1 minute and didn’t even take off the trim to look in the wall or at the pipes. He then quoted me $1,600, To fix a leaking shower head. On top of that, they charged me $79 just to come out and do nothing. I Do not recommend this company. The next day I found another Plumber that fixed the issue for $200.
