I do not have enough good words for this company. Service is amazing, people who answer and schedule are very nice and attentive, their techs are so professional, always on time and know their job very well. They honor their 6 month warranty if they have to come back for the same reason. They do a lot more services than just unclog a drain and this will be my company to go to, moving forward.

It was a great experience using Roto Rooter today. I called this morning and they were able to come out same day and fix my toilet. The gentlemen was very pleasant and knowledgeable. I will definitely call them again when I need their services. Thank you Anthony!

Timeliness and quality of service was very good. Price was exceptionally high. Higher than any other plumbing service i have used in the Birmingham area. Service representative was professional and courteous. I rate this company 4.5 on quality and timeliness. I would rate it a 3 on price. Paul
