Last year my elderly neighbor and I had our backwater valves replaced in our basements. Our contract indicated a free one year maintenance and so we tried calling for six plus mos and no response. Left vm for manager and nothing. The service done was great the fact they don’t want to honor our contract and no response isn’t.

After snaking a drain, BF suggested rerouting the drain pipes and putting in bigger pipes at a better angle. BF promised it would fix the issue “forever”. Six months later, the drain clogged, pipes came undone at a coupling that BF put in. Everything backed up everywhere. I called 6 times over the course of 5 days - zero response. You actually can’t even talk to anyone at the company as they use an answering service.

👎NO STARS!!!👎 I will never recommend this company. I had a tankless water heater installed March 2020. After a few days my basement smelled weird so I called and asked them to come out because it might be gas. IF YOU THINK THIS, CALL 911! I was assured it was the system, it's new so it's going to give off some oder, HE WAS WRONG! I have been suffering headaches for the past year because this company CREATED A GAS LEAK IN MY BASEMENT! For a little over a year, I've been suffering and PAYING for gas leaking from the pipeline, the LEAK CAUSED by this company. I called the gas company, they shut off my gas. I called Ben Franklin to come out and fix it. They also fixed two other leaks in my basement and I do believe that they caused one of those too. I paid $950 to get this fixed. They did not charge me for the one they caused. I decided that this was completely unfair because I've been dealing with this since March 2020. I called asking to speak with the owner, he never returned my call. I added pictures so you can see the poor looking job they did, no foam around the pipeline going outside, flex pipe for a gas line hanging by zip ties. I asked them to fix the pipeline and remove the zip ties from the electric conduit, so they cut it and left it. I called another number that was on my contract and they are helping me resolve this, but I have not heard from anyone. BEWARE! I would never get a tankless system again! It cost me more money because I have to get the thing flushed for $800
