  Jack and his team do outstanding work!! We are really enjoying our new mini split AC system for our garage. The whole experience was flawless. I had excellent communication with Jack from the start, and I really appreciated the upfront and very competitive pricing. On install day, he and his team were prompt and very professional. All of the wiring work and drainage setup was top notch. Jack has an eye for the details and made sure his guys kept everything tidy. If you are looking for an AC system, Benchmark Service really delivers a superb experience!! Can't recommend enough.Thank you!!

  Jack is great to work with. Jack came out on a Saturday morning (how many contractors do that?) to give me estimate. Within a half hour he had explained everything to me. He gave full information and answered all my questions. We set a time for the next Tuesday Jack and crew showed up this morning when he said he would be here. He and his crew of 3 young men got to work right away. It took about 3 hours to install my new ductless unit. They were very neat and tidy. They cleaned up after they were done. Once finished, Jack explained how everything worked and showed me how to use the remote. I am very happy with my new ductless unit! Jack does great work and I highly recommend Benchmark Service. Thanks Jack!

  I can't say enough how much I appreciate the attention I received. There was not a question they couldn't answer. A testament to the kindness of down home people easing your fears when making a purchase that large. I wish there were more businesses out there that delivered above and beyond on the promises made, like these people did. I highly recommend them, only wishing they did plumbing and carpentry as well!!
