Kevin came out to adjust our dampers for winter time. He was responsive and professional. He was a pleasure to talk to and had a very positive attitude. It was really great he could work us into the schedule to adjust the dampers. 5 Star Service! Beck Cohen has been wonderful to work with. Our hvac system stopped working a couple years ago. Beck Cohen was helpful, knowledgeable, and understanding to our situation. They worked with us and find a system that worked for us. The installation was efficient and completed quickly. They come out every 6 months to do maintenance. I really appreciate seeing the same technician (Mike) every time. He’s professional and friendly. I always recommend Beck Cohen to friends and family.

Beck Cohen came for the first HVAC maintenance since installation. They found a way to accommodate my appointment despite the original technician getting sick. I really appreciated it. The technician that came out, Bobby did a great job, seemed to be thorough and efficient. I will definitely choose this company as a first choice for future home maintenance needs.

We received a visit seeking an estimate and information about getting a whole house generator. Brian was as professional as anyone I have ever met. He educated me all about the system and how they would install it. I knew nothing going in and I have full confidence in what they are proposing.

I have mixed feelings about Beck Cohen. The gentleman (Steve) who actually did the work was fantastic. The office - not so much. It took 2 months to get the service - Beck scheduled the installation of new part on a day we weren't available.  Then said the part came in broken. They were supposed to call to reschedule when the new part came in but they never did. We called them and it was obvious they had no idea we were still waiting.
Gave them the cc# to reactivate the maintenance plan and it was never processed and had to go through all of that again.
Day of service - called several times to find out where the tech was since it was 90 minutes or more past appt. time. No answer or straight to voicemail until we used a phone they didn't have on record.  Could have been coincidence but I'm not so sure.
So long story short - great technician; not so great office .

The Beck Cohen team is always helpful, prompt, and polite. I've interacted with several technicians, and they all have been knowledgably and friendly. The maintenance man, Bobby, on a regular visit, came to the door safely masked for Covid. I gave him access to both doors to the house. He performed his inspection and discovered an anomaly in the system, which will now be addressed by the service crew. He was courteous, answered my questions well, and will be welcome on his next routine call.

Mike was professional and thorough in the maintenance process. We have signed and paid for maintenance programs with other companies who either didn’t come on a regular schedule or not at all. Beck Cohen installed our geothermal system and has been maintaining it since. All good so far.
