  We had service with him for a couple of years & it was ok. Nothing special, a little slow to respond at times, but not horrible. Our heat went out 2 weeks ago. We pay for the annual service, so it was covered. He came out right away & worked on it. The heat worked for about 8 hours. We called him that night, and for the next 3 days. We both called & left messages & still have not gotten a response. We just purchased a new system from someone who actually responded to us

  Our Ac went out Saturday. I called that night left message to see if he would do a service call Sunday. No answer I also messaged him on facebook no reply. It is now Monday and online says he is open. I guess my money isn't good enough

  Never showed for there appointment and never called me back after l waited all afternoon!
