  Home Depot contracted this company to install a toilet in one of our bathrooms. This company is very unprofessional. They will tell you that the plumber will arrive between 8-5, but they probably won’t arrive until after 7pm. They lie to you. They tell you they will call you when they are 45 minutes away…but they will never call. The plumber when he arrived was courteous. No problems with him. His name was Gregory McNulty. The job was done satisfactory, but this company needs to improve its professionalism.

  I don’t recommend this business. They care more about how to get extra money out of their customers than be fairly price for work done. All the added extra cost over $500 to install a toilet. I replaced a toilet with the exact same new model. Installer was looking for ways to get more money out of a simple job. The company business model is terrible. It’s too bad that companies like this are still in business. Home Depot should not refer them. DON’T USE THIS COMPANY unless you want to spend a lot of extra money. It took him 20 mins to do the repairs (that didn’t need to be done) and cost me $325 extra. I don’t like to write bad review normally but hopefully this will help others from getting ripped off.

  My plumber JDaniel did an excellent and fast job. He was on time professional and courteous! I expected different because actually scheduling the appointment through the home depot service provider was the worst experience ever! Somehow my home depot account was combined with my mother's account and they were calling her to confirm my order when her name and number should never have been associated with my account. Then the rep argued with me that work had been performed at my house that was actually performed at hers! Because he didn't want to acknowledge their mistake.. if you can get to this company without going through home depot and schedule directly thru them please do! They are 5 star. Home depot not so much.
