  I called the technician and he immediately went to my rental and access the issue with the water heat. After identifying the issue, we agreed on the model to purchase and he went off purchased, installed and emailed the receipts and pictures of the installed unit. Very professional guy.

  After getting multiple quotes Joel was both reasonable and seemed like he knew what he was doing. He did great job, and would recommend his work to anyone. He replaced a kitchen sink drain line, including under the house.
