Very quick turn around. Called Friday evening and they had a technician out early the next day. Jose walked me through what the issue was and explained both causes and the best solutions. He was able to fix the issue we were having with our tankless water heater and was all cleaned up and ready to go in a very timely manner. Great guy with a great attitude! Especially these days it seems harder and harder to find good people who do good quality work. I will be requesting jose from here on out!!!

I am so beyond grateful for All American Plumbing. We had sudden flooding in our showers and bathrooms late night right before Halloween. I called and left a message and received a callback within 5 minutes. The person was so nice and polite, she cared about helping us. They arranged to come before 8 am the following morning. Jose came in time. Was so polite and professional. He used proper precautions and placed booties over shoes when coming into the home. He fixed our issues promptly , recommendations were given and he made it easy to understand . I am just so grateful for the service of All American plumbers. Will never use anyone else again. It felt like family was helping us. Will recommend to all my friends

I just want to state that it was a pleasure meeting Jose and Ivan from All American plumbing. The water heater had gone out and Jose wrote out all the options that I can choose from that would best serve my needs. They were both very friendly and helpful. They did a great job installing the new one. And upgrading everything to current code. And I also want to thank the two ladies that I talk to on the phone, they were pleasant and very professional.
