  Worst customer service I have ever experienced. They started to fix our geothermal in July and came out twice and did some temporary fixes and said they would be back, . They came back two more times and again only temporary fixes. It is now December and our geothermal is still not fixed and every time we have called I have been told yes Charlie said he needs to get out there and they would be talking with Charlie. I would expect a call back after they spoke with him but that doesn't happen either. I want to support local business but this type of service can't be supported. I could overlook this even if I would have received call backs and an apology for this extended time frame to fix our geothermal or at the very least since this started in July a call to let us know we are on his radar and his plan. Still waiting!

  Called in July. I wasn’t in hurry to hook up my heater so I said no rush. Well here it is almost nov and they still haven’t done it. WOW!!

  I called Bauer Plumbing when I lost water pressure and they said they would try to get out to my house as soon as they could. That afternoon they called and said they were on there way. The well pump was in need of replacement and I was quoted $700-$800 to replace after they already ordered a pump. I got the bill 2 weeks later and it was almost $1200!!!! I called and they said there was nothing that could be done. Please beware of these guys!!! They tell you one thing and charge you way more!!!
