  I'd like to say THANK YOU to Mike and his crew at Basement Finishing Plus. We have an older home in Fredericksburg and we've been wanting a finished basement for a while and we finally did it. Mike was outstanding from the beginning and gave us a lot of confidence compared to some of the other contractors that gave us estimates. Mike has built a lot of custom homes so finishing a basement is easy for him. Honestly our basement is nicer than the rest of our home now. Even though our project was pretty simple, Mike and his guys really made everything like a custom home in the finish work, EVERYTHING was done right. Carpentry, plumbing, electricity, painting, flooring, cabinets, painting, etc....you can tell that Mike is a perfectionist and he has a really good eye for quality. He even went with us to pick out all the materials so we could get exactly what we wanted and also get a good price. All in all we are 10/10 happy with Mike and would recommend him to our friends and family for remodeling and basement finishing type projects.

  Mike and his team were very responsive when we first called and was at our house and immediately set to work on a plan. He was responsive to our needs and offered flexibility when we had some issues (wanting him to do more!). The work was incredible! Our basement went from dark and not so nice, to a very comfortable space. The plumbing, drywall and electrical all looked great as it was being built. I still can't believe it is already done and am amazed every time I go downstairs. He was very open in his communication and let us know well in advance what he was going to do and when the work would be done. My wife and I are extremely excited about what he was able to build in our house and the turnaround it provided our house. I highly recommend using Basement Finishing Plus!

  We contracted Mike with Basement Finishing Plus to finish off our basement just outside of Fredericksburg. One of those things that we've been meaning to do forever now and finally realized the only way our basement was going to get finished was to hire someone to do it. Mike is basically a home builder that can do everything in house so it was perfect for our basement project. He's got all the connections and trades to get the job done. We couldn't really go anywhere for a vacation this summer so we finished off our basement and it was money well spent.
