  Greg was a pleasure to work with! Most of the negative reviews seem to be the fault of their insurance companies or home warranties and NOT on Greg’s actual service. Our toilet was leaking after new flooring was installed. He was punctual, professional, informative and did a great job fixing the issue. Great customer service too! He helped us on a Sunday, when most companies would not. Our family will definitely be working with Greg in the future! Highly recommend!

  They responded to a warranty call for a leak under the toilet. The plumber went under the house and "could not see a leak" but put a new wax seal on toilet at my insistence anyway. Odor continued getting worse. Now, 8 mos later, my pest control service man saw the leak himself & I was confused. He said it cannot be seen unless the plumber crawled "under the toilet" area in the crawl space. Not rocket science here. The plumber was lazy all the way around, did not crawl under the bathroom where it was leaking, didn't want to fix my toilet and got the money anyway. Neither Base One Plumbing nor the warranty co. will make this right. I must pay twice out of my social security to get the work done.

  We hired Greg whole remodeling our kitchen. He did a great job installing all the new plumbing and appliances. Would hire again!
