We have called them for several different house calls and we have always been happy with the result. They have by far had the best customer service of any company we have ever worked with. Barlow's is the best.  They came out to replace a furnace sequencer, it lasted about three months.  I called about 9am and they came out that same morning to replace the sequencer at no charge, turns out they received a bad batch from the manufacturer.  They also replaced the filters, adjusted the fan speed for peak performance, and wired my smart thermostat so that I wouldn't have to use batteries.  Did all this without being asked.  Great outfit to work with and I highly recommend.

Just had Tallan and Chase, two great field techs, come and fix our 12 yo furnace. They found the problem quickly. Had parts on their truck. And did a complete service / inspection quickly. The price point was reasonable. Especially for a same day call out. And, they were polite and friendly. Definitely worthy of a 5 star review.
