They are excellent. They replaced an 18 year furnace in my 60s-era home. Took the time to re-route a vent and a drain tube and design a way to change one of the filters more easily. Above and beyond what they needed to do.

I highly recommend these guys!! They are the best!! Ken and his team are very nice and very responsive to all my questions and concerns!! They give you a nice list of different Furnaces/AC units with the different options of efficiency and prices to choose from compared to the others!! These guys are fast hard workers and they take pride in their quality of installations all at a very great price!! I could not be more happier with my purchase and these are now my go to guys for all my HVAC needs!! They even went out of their way to fix another company's mistake!!

I called and he came over the same day to see what was wrong. He was courteous and very thorough on his inspection. He came the next morning with the exact part and fixed it. He was fast with his work and we are so grateful to have our hear back on. I would highly recommend Ken at Air Exchange Technologies Inc.

Was recommended and had a great first impression of this business and was quoted a great price. I was not impressed with the lack of communication when it came to scheduling the appointment, but this wasn't the dealbreaker. My property was damaged and the install was completed in a way I was not satisfied with and that doesn't make sense. What was most upsetting is the fact I was not told about the damage, I found out about the damage after the fact and am now out more money than originally to fix it. Would not recommend this company.

Great customer service and great price.  Our furnace went out and we called the next morning, they sent someone within 30 minutes.  He was awesome.  He fixed the problem and recognized a few other issues that were wrong and fixed those.  We were sent a bill, and I was shocked at how reasonable it was.  Thank you for your service!!!  We will be calling you again!

They are awesome. My furnace was acting up and they had someone come out the same day to replace a couple old parts. They are fair, friendly and  not trying to just make a sale.

Horrible customer service. I called for an appointment and was told a technician would be available within 10 days. When I didn't hear back after 2 weeks I called again and was told by Ken there was no availability for another month. I understand that it's hot and everyone is busy, but it's no excuse for poor communication. Complete waste of time.

These guys are fantastic!  I had my AC go out late at night and left a message after hours.  The issue was urgent because I have an ill dog going through chemo and temperatures were going to be close to 90.  They called me first thing the next morning, were here within 10 minutes and had everything fixed within 45 minutes.  Ken is very friendly and very efficient; knew exactly what was wrong.  They did the same for my mother this past winter when temperatures were below freezing and her furnace went out.  They were there same day and had it up and running in no time.  Unbelievable customer service and very reasonable prices.  Can't thank them enough.  Fantastic to see that a company that still cares is out there!

Everyone I've worked with has been super nice and they've been able to respond within 24 hours for the most part but the ac and furnace we had them install have needed constant servicing. I probably wouldn't recommend for new services.

Sorry you feel your equipment has not met your expectations. According to our records, you have only been billed for one minor service on your furnace in the last 3 1/2 years. Glad you are happy with our response time and friendliness...we always try to make your experience with our company a good one.

Best HVAC hands down, I had to get my old furnace replaced, got a few different company come for a bid. I loved the fact that They gave me a quote with 5 different options/brands to choose from, not like any other companies. We decided with Trane XR95, they did an amazing job and Ken, Mark& staffs were the best to work with.
