  Eric came to our house at a time that was convenient for us. He assessed our needs and gave us four options for a new water heater. He explained the pros of each and we choose what fit our home and budget. No pressure at all. The water heater was installed quickly, again fitting into our complicated schedule. After the water heater was installed Eric took the time to explain the way it worked and answer my many many questions. Not only is Eric extremely professional, but, he is honest and straightforward. I would highly recommend Escape Plumbing and Heating LLC and will use them anytime I have plumbing or heating issues in the future.

  We had Eric install a water conditioning system after we noticed our pipes were being eaten away because we had acidic water. Eric is not only a true professional he is also very personable and explained what was happening and why. He gave us options to choose from which suited our budget. Not only did he install the system he also moved our water softening system and cleaned up the electrical from a prior contractor. We feel like we’ve found our forever plumber ! We highly recommend calling Eric for any of your plumbing work, you will not be disappointed. Thanks Eric for giving us piece of mind and we look forward to doing business with you again.

  Such an extremely reliable, reasonable and professional company, which is great because I live in an old house with all kinds of plumbing issues. Eric has been able to fix everything. He responds right away and is such a nice person too. Highly recommend Escape Plumbing and Heating.
