  Very disappointed to say the least. I called 2 days ago needing help with my well pump. The tech, I'll leave unnamed, showed up and determined my pump was bad a needed replacement. Said he'd return the next day, which was yesterday, to fix us up. I even called yesterday morning to confirm he'd be here. I'm in an emergency situation. My dad recently passed and my mother is moving in with us. She's elderly and needs water probably worse than we do. So you can imagine how angry I am that the tech DID NOT show up! He didn't even call to tell us wasn't showing up! AFTER he confirmed he was going to show up! Now my son and I are trying to figure this out... ON OUR OWN! Since we got stood up! And guess what..... here we are ANOTHER day into this and STILL HAVE NOT received a call from anyone! Grrrrrrrr I do my best to stay away from "large" companies and keep my services and my money in my own community. But it's very hard to do when local business's don't have any pride and don't follow through with their own promises!

  Ryan came to my home to assess a leak within hours of receiving my call. He found the problem in a major drain line that would require part of a wall to be removed,. He gave us the option of removing the wall to save money, for which we were grateful. We exposed the pipe that night, and we called him back the following morning. Again, he was at our house in a matter of hours and repaired the drainage pipe. The price was fair and the quality of work was exceptional.

  Called and they were here in no time, we were without water, someone answered the phone also, he had it fixed and knew what he was doing, friendly also
