  They've repaired my plumbing on a couple different occasions. There was standing water in my crawl space and Vern ensured they came out the next morning to assess the issue. Sure enough, the drain pipe to my tub was broken so the water from showering was going directly into my crawl space. They fixed it immediately. Additionally, I have some ongoing needs that may require further work and Vern has offered to answer any questions I have and review estimates to help me avoid being overcharged, etc. They do a great job!

  I have used Andrews Plumbing on two separate occasions and Vern has given me a quote for a large upcoming project. Every time I have called I have been given an accurate time of arrival. The servicemen are knowledgeable and prompt to fix the issue. The price is affordable for the quality work. I will always recommend Andrews Plumbing.

  We would never recommend Andrew’s Plumbing to anyone. We called them because of issues with our sump pump and water in our basement. They came out and said that they needed to run equipment through our plumbing to see if they could find the problem. Fine. They forgot a piece of equipment and had to go back to the shop to get it. Also fine, to an extent. They ran augers and cameras and gave us a quote of several thousands of dollars to fix the issue. We had a different plumbing service come out and inspect the same issue and we were told that there was nothing wrong in our plumbing, but that the sump pump we had installed was in fact too big and powerful for our plumbing. In the mean time, we were mailed a bill for $300 from Andrews. We completely understand the fact that most companies charge a fee just for coming out to your house, but $300 just to come and give us the wrong information and not complete any services is just absurd. When we contacted Andrews to discuss the bill, we were told the cost was non-negotiable and that the $300 was due, even though they did NOTHING to help us. They did not solve a problem or even give us the solution to the problem. When reaching out again about the amount due, my husband was treated with absolute disrespect. We are now out $300, for a problem that was not fixed by the people who charged us the $300. The lack of respect and customer service was unbelievable. I would suggest going anywhere except Andrew’s Plumbing for your plumbing needs.
