  Ray was a delight! Ray answered my call on the first attempt, he communicated clearly via text after our initial phone call, he was at our house very quickly (within an hour of the call), and was thorough in his diagnosis and repair of our backflow unit. I would definitely recommend using Backflow Service and Repair for any issues/repairs and annual testing. Saved us a big headache and responded on very short notice!
