Came to the house the first time without calling. Rescheduled for 3 days later when someone could be at the address. The contractor, Bubba, arrived on time and proceeded to have another employee do the little bit of work while Bubba relaxed in my wife's lawn chair. This is where she found him when she got home about 10 minutes after they arrived and where he remained until the other guy finished "inspecting" the issue. In total they were here about 30 minutes and did next to nothing. They left after stating that they were not able to fix the clog. They claimed that it was an issue with my septic system (we are on city sewer). Find a different plumber if you need anything done. These people will waste your time and money.

I hired them as a local contractor, the receptionist was very friendly and we scheduled a date to have my work done. A plumber called me the day prior to my scheduled appointment and said he was on the way to my house. I informed him i was not there and that the work was to be done the following day. The next day rolls around and no plumber. I took the day off of work to have my sink redone and they did not show up. when they did show up they did not have the required tools or materials. When I called to complain I spoke to Mr. Sherman who informed me that they did not know what size pipe was needed for the sink until they were on site. So i had to pay for labor costs for the plumber going back and forth to the shop. I find that incredibly hard to believe since the standard is 1.5 inch pipe and you will rarely encounter 1.25 inch in older homes. Having a plumber insult my intelligence and charge me for his employees failing to keep the truck stocked is absurd.
