  The whole process was well done and unexpected. From the Customer Service rep who took my initial call ... to the person calling me to inform my technician was 50-minutes out ... to the actual Technician (Chandler Harris) who performed my drain cleaning ... as well as the texts acknowledging my appointment, then reminding me of my appointment, and then even sending me a photo of my technician ... ALL very professional! Chandler was amiable and thorough with his work, including site prep and clean-up. Won't hesitate to call them if needed again. Thanks again.

  After we discovered a leak behind a wall of our house, a plumber was called and reported that the Plex tubing had failed and the plumbing for the entire house needed to be replaced. We got estimates to do the work, and we chose Aztec Plumbing, because they were highly recommended by neighbors. Konstantin was very personable and informative when he came over and explained everything to us in detail about their experience and background, the work needed, how to prepare, what the job entailed, how long it would take, the cost, and what to expect from start to finish. The work crew, Ryan, Sean & Jose arrive on the scheduled day, on time, with everything they needed to complete the job, and they worked throughout the entire time. They were prompt, polite, professional, and cleaned up at the end of the day. We had our water back by the end of each of the 2 days it took to complete the job. Everything is working perfectly, and next the drywall crew will come in to complete the repairs to walls & ceilings. Communication with the office staff was excellent.   Dave was very professional but more so has a great attitude. He work all day Palm Sunday to make sure the job got done, stayed till after 10pm! Great guy and service. I have over 200 clients in Naples and will be using Aztec consistently moving forward!
