  I wish I could rate this place on work done but I can not due to no one ever returning my call. First time I tried calling and knew I might not get an answer..mid day I get people are busy. I had planned to leave a voicemail but could not because it was full. I then sent a text with my info, contact info and a brief description of the problem. I received a text late that night that they did not have cell service to answer and he would get back with me in the morning to set up an appointment. Morning came and no call so mid day I reached out again. This time I was able to leave a voicemail but still never got a return call. I've called 3 other times with no luck.

  Wonderful people! Have been dealing with clogged drain and running toilet for 2 weeks. Called Brent Ducote this am and he returned my call. Came in like 2 hours. Awesome work and reasonable price! Will definitely use again!

  Reading all the reviews, I wish I would have had the same experience. But, I didn't. I have been having a leak under my mobile home for over a year now. I called Brett, he came out but claimed there was a snake underneath. Said he would wait till the weather was cooler. Well needless to say, the weather has BEEN cooler. I'm still waiting. He continuously goes into the hardware store where my son works and tells him that he didnt forget about me. I find that hard to believe after a year. We had a phone conversation 6 days ago and he said he would be here this week. AGAIN I was stood up. No call no show. I do not recommend him. Evidently he only works for certain people IF the job is not too dirty.
