  They quoted me 4 months ago to hook my gas up on my generac as of today they still haven’t come…I don’t recommend them to anyone..bad business they are very unprofessional

  Spoke to the owner himself and he was one of the rudest most unprofessional people I have ever encountered. He refused to commit to appointments, even though they send you an appointment reminder via text - which by the way had two different times. When I called to question which time is correct he made up an excuse about the system not working and them admits he has no idea how to work what he is using. In other words, it is all for show. He made it very clear that he is quite popular and very busy and will get to you when he gets to you and does not like appointments - in other words he prioritizes which jobs's pay the highest and goes with those and leaves other to wait. When I advised that we will get another person for the job since he did not seem interested in setting an appointment, his response was "Good luck with that - I am the only one you are going to find and if you do find someone else - I am curious to see how much they will cheat you". Extremely rude, unprofessional, and unsuited / uneducated to run a business. Advise to you (1) You need help on how to run a business and you may need to look up the meaning of customer service (2) You are not the only option in the area and by far not the best so get over yourself! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED - TAKE YOUR BUSINESS SOMEWHERE ELSE!

  I was very pleased with the service I received from Guillot's Plumbing. The Tech was very professional, knowledgeable and was at my house within the time frame and solved the problem. I would recommend them 100%!
