  One of their trucks was spewing trash all over mopac today. A big piece hit my car and the driver ignored me.

  I’m writing this review to show my experience with Earnest and Austin Facility Services was absolutely POSITIVE. I called Earnest after my tenant reported a leaking water heater at a rental property on a Saturday morning. By the end of the day, Earnest had already been to the property, without an up charge for weekend service, and repairs were made. He uses quality materials, communicates well and shows up when he says he’s going to. He did not make unnecessary repairs just to get an extra buck like many other companies do. I appreciate the honesty. Thank you Earnest for being my eyes and ears on a property I could not physically get to myself. I will always recommend and call you first when the need arises.

  Would highly recommend and use again. AFS was the only plumber I could find who would be able to make it out to my house the next day, without paying for an emergency service. They showed up right when they said they would and replaced a water pressure regulator valve and a main shut off valve. They had their work cut out for them with the surprise of plenty of tree roots and rocks to break through just to access the main water line. Next, they inspected and repaired a leak in the main line about 4 feet away from where they replaced the mentioned parts. Even with all of the unexpected tree roots and stones to clear, I was still invoiced at the price range I was given over the phone. Plus, the leak inspection and repair only took one hour to complete, which was great for cost. These guys were professional, friendly, and were happy to talk me through the process of what they were doing. All in all, I was able to get the 2 parts replaced and a hard-to-find water leak fixed for less than the price some other places were quoting just for the 2 replacement parts (not including the leak inspection + repair).
