  I purchased a central HVAC installation unit from Assured Comfort a few months ago. The installation process has been an headache. I’ve lost count how many time the repair technician had to return to my house. The company do not care about customers inconvenience. The last straw was unable to heat my house over the weekend, and having my children bundled under the comforter. I understand that sometimes things happen with home installation, however to have a company that does not own up to taking responsibility and customer satisfaction is unacceptable.

  I must praise Assured Comfort Heating & Air. I use them for my HVAC service and they're always very professional. But the real test came when I bought my HVAC unit a few years ago and it had many problems. This was not their fault but the manufacturer's since it was a lemon, in simple terms. They tried to fix it many times, came on weekends, etc but ended up getting the manufacturer to replace it and did so in a very professional way while being extremely courteous and responsive to me. I appreciate the staff and Charles for providing such good customer service. I will continue to use them and recommend them.

  Mr. Cory was punctual and professional. He took time to answer my many questions with patience. I believe he was there to service me and not just upsell. I trusted him to give me the best and truthful suggestions for the repair when he could have been approached in different ways. He used shoe covers, was quiet like I requwsted (Vhrismas gifts were visible i’m attic kids were asleep and could possibly discover them), and extremely kind! We are grateful for such quick service and we now have heat, all thanks to Mr. Cory!
