They replaced my heat pump and done a great job. Everything seems to be working great as far as I can tell. Not really had it yo long. All the personal was great and had good attuide. Everyone I have talked with have done everything to make sure it's done and the personal installing it done great job getting it up and running and fixing what needed to be needed. They helped me to get one with my not to good credit and helped her it financed so that I could get my replaced. So far I would recommend them to do the work on anything you need done

We thought paying premium would ensure a professional job. I can't believe this company. They sent a single technician out yesterday to install our hot water heater. He didn't finish the job and scheduled a time next week to come out and do the remaining work. In the meantime we were assured the heater would work. This was incredibly inconvenient for us but fine. Then the heater stopped working 15 min later. My husband restarted the pilot and it cut out again. A technician comes out today and thinks it was installed incorrectly. Fine. Fix it. Unfortunately we then realized... THEY INSTALLED THE WRONG HEATER. They installed a completely different brand and model that is like $400 cheaper than what we paid for. WHAT A SCAM. And the heater they installed was damaged and the technician didn't say a WORD yesterday when I'm sure he saw the damage. This is completely unethical business practices. I've been waiting over 2 hours for a call back from someone in management and keep being told no one is available. Guess what... I'm not going away. And you're getting reported to whatever regulatory entities I can find.

Though we were not able to get financing with them. This would definitely be my company of choice. From the initial visit with Walter, my wife and I knew we wanted to be in business with ARS. If we could have gotten financing with them this would be the only company I would want to do business with. All around they are a great company and I would strongly recommend them to everyone.
