  Life Saver! Billy has been my family go to plumber since the 80's. He has done just about every service a plumber can do for us over the years. Billy, is one of the fastest around, but not at the expense of quality. Billy came to install a water heater for my grandmother and went above and beyond by not only installing the heater but also made sure to take it away with him. Also, during this visit my grandmother inquired about her leaky faucet. After looking it over he went out to his truck, came back in and fixed it free of charge. He has been a party saver as well with his fast response when no other plumber would take the call during the holiday. Billy is fair, and never overcharges. I would highly recommend him for your family as I trust him with mine!

  You can’t get Mr Collins to return calls or set appts. He wants to call you when he figures out what he has lined up. This ties up your entire day, then he doesn’t call you.
