  Of course my water heater would go out on a holiday weekend! I called several companies, all who told me that they couldn't come out until Wednesday. Ladd's was able to get to me today, and for nearly half the price.

  We used Ladd's to replumb the entire underside of our home in January, 2018. We recently learned they grossly overcharged us and did not perform the work we thought we paid $1620.00 for. Since it was under our house, we would not know until we had another plumber out to fix some of the many remaining issues. They left the old pipe under the house, and charged us double what it should have cost. I am extremely unhappy and do not recommend anyone use this company.
