Jordan and his crew came out on time with all the equipment needed to install our new Daikin HVAC system which led to a quick installation. The Daikin system has a 12-year warranty, and the exterior condenser was about half the width of our old Lenox system. They installed it professionally, covered up all the area around the air handler install and even painted around the air handler ducting. Jordan then took us through the system operation and advised which App to download to control the temperature via our cellphone. We would highly recommend Arnold's to anyone who is in need of new HVAC, service or repairs to their existing AC system

We have previously used Arnold's for general maintenance and to ID a problem with our mini split. Two years ago they replaced the evaporator coil on the mini split that was under warranty, and gave us a 2 year warranty for the labor and part if the problem ever repeated. Well, the part failed again (manufacturer problem), and Arnold's immediately came out to confirm the problem and schedule the replacement of the bad part. $0 cost to us. Great work by Jordan and Sergio. Knowledgeable, professional, neat and timely. Definitely recommend Arnold's.

I am most grateful to the entire staff and technicians at Arnolds AC company. They always answer the phone and solve my AC problem in a timely manner. I am like most working individuals - on a schedule and dont have the luxury of sitting in my home waiting for a service provider with a 4 hour window. Arnolds AC does not do this. I get a text when the service technician is on his way. Perfect as I can then be certain I am at home to meet them. Thank you for taking my time into consideration.
