  We had a great experience with Patrick when he came out to extend a few pipes through a wall so cabinets could be installed properly. However, when we scheduled someone to come back out to hook up the sink they never showed up and never called to apologize or reschedule.

  My AC quit on the one of the hottest days in Maryland. Arctic was able to respond in the morning the following day. They showed up promptly on time and had all the equipment required to fix my issue on the truck. Their tech was confident in his diagnosis and handled himself very professionally. Top Notch Work, Great overall experience with the company and their employees.

  Contacted the company and was able to get an appointment in a few days. It wasn't an emergency so no rush was needed. Mike and his coworker arrived and quickly assessed the problem and made a recommendation. They replaced and old faucet and put in the new one. The previous "plumber" did sloppy work and they even fixed some of that stuff. All-in-all great work
