  Rich installed two new faucets and a deck mounted soap dispenser in our kitchen. His attention to detail was appreciated and he treated our new fixtures he installed like they were his own. He cleaned up the area after he had finished working, which in my experience is a quality not found much today. I highly recommend Rich for all your plumbing necessities.

  In short: below average service and quality Details: I had them come out to replace a leaking water heater a few years ago. The guy wasn’t particularly personable but it’s fine just do the work and be gone. Fast forward to this year, my second water heater for my radiant floor heat started leaking, so I had them come out to replace that. They did and it works, but somewhere in the process, the pump for the closed loop system went bad. Had them out to “fix” it, it worked for a day then hasn’t since. Guy didn’t seem to know how it worked, and I reached out to them again and haven’t received a response. So now I have to replace the pump. Will be going through someone else. First world problems, I know, but just had to warn people for any job that might be out of ordinary.
