Developed an issue with our water softener, wasn’t a major issue but annoying at best.  Brenden came out to service it.  Explained in detail the issue involved and the options to remedy it.  Worked hard to keep water spill to a minimum (it is a softener after all) and completed the repair promptly.  Highly recommend their service team and Brenden

There is a reason that Kenetico has such an outstanding reputation. They have great products and marry them with exceptional service.
I was given an honest assessment of my water quality and an appropriate solution. There was no attempt to sell me unneeded equipment to achieve some ‘perfect’ water condition.
The selected equipment was installed on time and professionally.  The work areas were cleaner after the installation than before. Derek took the time to ensure that I understood the system, the maintenance needs and performance expectations.
I could not be happier with my selection of Kinetico.

Brandon Pagel was the Service Technician.  He did a great job.  He came to service our water softener.  He was able to find out what was wrong quickly, and fix it.  He also tested our water both when he arrived and after he had fixed the water softener.  He was very professional in dealing with us, and was very good in explaining what had happened and what we could do to prevent it from happening again.  We were very pleased with his work and would ask for Brandon Pagel to be our Service Technician for any future service calls.
