  So happy with the service Jason and Aquaduct Plumbing has provided! I did my research and got a few quotes from a few other local providers. I was blown away by the professionalism of Aquaduct! This is a good quality company that will now be our go-to for any plumbing needs! Installed our two faucets and garbage disposals in 1-hour flat! I am a local Realtor here as well, I will be referring them moving forward. Jason even took the time to go over how to properly clean my new stainless steel sinks. Thank you Aquaduct! Now all I have left is my tile and we will have a newly updated kitchen! :)

  The team at Aquaduct is great. We had them redo the plumbing fixtures at our new office in downtown Plainfield. They where always professional and communicated with us each step of the way, even when we had some unforeseen issues that came up due to the age of the building. Jason and his team where able to handle everything in stride.

  I recently had a sewer back up into my basement. After doing an internet search and wanting to support local business. There were other companies available however I steered away from them due to past bad experiences or other I have talked to who were dissatisfied by other companies. I decided to give Aquaduct and spoke with Jason Kapus. He was very professional on the phone and went into great details of my options. Jason then came out, again explained all my options and costs prior to any work starting. Jason rooted out my system promptly and restored my service. since this has been a reoccurring sewer problem Jason sent a camera down my sewer and showed me on the screen how my old sewer piped were beginning to collapse from tree roots. I decided to have a portion of my sewer pipe replaced and an outside clean-out installed. When Jason showed up for the work, he had Gus, another plumber, and an apprentice with him. The project became much more involved due to large boulders in the dig site and when the system was originally installed a water line crossed the sewer pipe in the repair area. Even with the unforeseen problems, the price that was quoted remained the same and was less expensive than other companies had charged for less work done with my neighbors. It was great seeing how patient Jason and Gus were with the apprentice and showing him how to do the work. They were great teachers and all of them got along. Jason, a partner in the company, had no problem jumping into the hole and getting dirty with his guys. All of them treated my house and yard with respect like it was their own. I highly recommend Aquaduct and I will use them again for another project I'm planning for the future
