  Chris arrived as scheduled and immediately went to work. Chris was professional and did an awesome job from the moment he stepped out of his van. He removed my old sink and faucet and installed my New store bought sink and faucet. We are extremely pleased with the quality of the work performed.   I can't say enough about the professionalism that Craig showed when he installed our water softener this week. In all my 70 years I've never had a contractor take so much pride and care in the quality of the work they were doing. He left no mess behind, explained to me how the system worked (since we've never had one before) And told us to call him anytime if we have any problems or questions. I would highly recommend him for any service you need done. Thank-you.

  Needed help with a leaky valve on my older home. I know it is an older home, I am fully aware of the type of house I call home. The technician was rude and condescending. At least a dozen times he made of a point to using degrading terms for the type of home I live in. I will NEVER use them again regardless of what quality they might offer. If there is no respect then there is no return business.
