  Awesome service, super fast, very knowledgeable, professional, and affordable!!! I thought we would have a problem finding my tank, but it was found and opened in a matter of a few minutes. Tank is empty, lines are clear, toilets flushing, all for less than what another company quoted me, and done before the other guys could have even showed up. Really fixed my day!

  I called and they answered and said they will be out in a day or so. This was 3 weeks ago. Apparently they have some random people that just answer the phone and supposedly relay messages to him. They cannot answer anything about any job which is absurd to me. They could not tell me if my tank had been pumped or not. I called 8 time with an answer every time with the same response “I will send it to him”. Apparently there is a mythological septic man that they send messages to. This is the most unprofessional and unaccountable business I have ever encountered. At this point I don’t trust them to do anything. Run from this company and save yourself some headache!!!
