  Ament's plumbing is very responsive; Laurie did an excellent job coordinating appointments with tenants in my 4-plex and took care of their plumbing repairs. Laurie is professional, cheerful, and pleasant to talk to. They just came out to repair plumbing issues at my own house. The technician came out the same morning I called. Darrien is on time, knowledgeable, and professional. He replaced the worn-out valves for both my showers and faucets. They will be my go-to plumber from now.

  Ament Plumbing is amazing! Several years ago when we moved into our house in Redding, we needed several plumbing jobs done. I don’t know how I was so lucky, but I called Ament and Charlie came right out. He has been our standby ever since. They do their best to get to you as soon as possible, thoroughly describe the problem and accurately estimate the cost. Lori runs the office and goes above and beyond to get us what we need. Charlie and Lori are the best!

  First....my call to Aments Plumbing was quickly answered by a very friendly Laurie. After explaining my immediate problem, Laurie put my mind at ease with her knowledge and understanding and asked all the right questions. Because of Covid 19 and running short staffed their appointments were such that 24 hrs in a day was just not enough time to get everyone taken care of although they were pushing through. Not more than an hour after my initial phone call Laurie called back saying that her man “Jordan” was on his way. It took about 2 seconds to know Jordan was a gem, he was masked up and ready to tackle what I considered a monumental problem. Jordan emits confidence and knowledge which he’s able to fit in with his friendliness and big smile. You can tell he enjoys and appreciates his job. Aments Plumbing was so fortunate the day he entered into their office looking for a job. Keep up the good work and thanks Laurie for being so wonderful. Job well done Jordan........we are fans
