  My son's water heater (gas) broke down. I called Mann's Plumbing in the morning and Jim went out to their home that same day and by the afternoon the water heater was replaced and up and working! Jim is the first plumber I'll call the next time I need a plumber in the Redding area.

  After going through half a dozen plumbers I was finally recommended to Jim Mann. He was stopped the leak on the first trip out. No need to demolish my cabinets to get to the leak! His creativity and expertise was so very much appreciated. He turned a big expensive job into a small cheap one! I will trust only this plumber from now on!

  Jimmy Mann has helped us out many times....replaced kitchen faucet, helped with water heater and broken pipes. He arrives promptly and works efficiently. Always friendly and helpful
