Jeremy was very knowledgeable and helped me make plans to make my new system more effective. He was very professional. He and the person that was with him worked like a well oiled machine. They kept me in the loop, got things done and adjusted as needed. I'm thankful to have had such a great 2 man workforce!

Ambient Edge/plumbing by Jake: Beware
Came out for a repair for up-to-code gas pipe between oven and dryer. What we needed-
the PROBLEM came when lighting the pilot light on our gas water heater (after the gas was turned off for the repair.)
The plumber could not light the pilot light and gave us an estimate for two new water heaters .
But because we had home warranty ins. another plumber came out and lit the pilot light with no problem. We were left without hot water in our house for many days. I believe this was knowingly done. Be very careful with this company. Never again Ambient Edge!

Called them after reading reviews. First I explained the PLUMBING issue. I took the next day off just for them to send an HVAC person. I made sure to double check before we hung up, they understood it was a plumbing issue; they did not. The service person was great, but when he went to check the issue he said, "to keep the integrity of the company I have to recommend a new pipe system." Needless, to say the gas coming into the house didn't get fixed, so the next day I called around and every other company was willing to just rehang and connect the pipe. Apparently, they are more HVAC than plumbing, but it was such a minor issue, and they wanted me to spend 12,000 (with discount) to get new pipes. Problem was fixed by Handyman for $100.

We have a new house, only 3 years old,  with a small water leak from the kitchen faucet.  Ambient Edge AKA Plumbing by Jake came out and said we needed a new faucet....cost would be $850 dollars. After laughing and sending their plumber away I called Truelove Plumbing of Kingman.

After showing the leak to Truelove's plumber...and after we both finishing laughing about the cost Ambient Edge quoted.... Truelove's total cost was $202 with parts I provided versus the same at $850 with Ambient Edge.

Simply put, Ambient Edge wanted *4 times* what Truelove wanted for the same work.

Ambient Edge won't be getting any more of my business charging 4 times market price.

Thanks to Truelove for being honest and quoting a fair and reasonable price. I will be sending them my business and recommend you call Truelove for any plumbing needs for the Kingman, AZ area.

I don't know how to see $850 for a simple kitchen faucet replacement to be anything other than unreasonable and deceptive.

Every time Ambient came out to service my unit they found something wrong with it. Thats OK but they never fixed it even thou they charged me a lot. My bill Almost doubled every month for 3 months after they said that I needed a new unit I called a competitor. My bill went from over $200 a month to $99. Do I have to say I canceled my service contract and of course they did not refund my money even thou they did not perform any additional service. This company is only after making money and not performing service to there customers.

I had ambient edge come out and give me an estimate for a minisplit in March and didn't realize the estimate was only good for 30 days Kyle at the time was super professional and very easy to deal with but I didn't make up my mind at the time to go ahead with the install...finally we made up our minds in August and Kyle came back for another estimate and was just as great so we went ahead and ordered the unit for install.

The installers showed up on time and we professional and friendly from the beginning their work was clean and efficient the unit looks great and works amazing if you're on the fence about a mini split for your garage get off the fence and order it through ambient edge. All 4 times I've had a representative from the company come out they have been on time called ahead to advise they would be here within a few minutes and have been professional and friendly. I say 4 times because I did have Kyle set up a seasonal tune up for the existing roof mounted unit the first time he came out.

Great service great people even the receptionists in the office are great

Ambient Edge was very efficient and helpful. Took care of my need in a urgent manner.  Ambient Edge replaced our kitchen sink faucet and the technician Ryan Glover did a fantastic job. Very professional and knowledgeable and very pleasant. If I need more work done I will definitely call Ambient Edge. Hopefully we will get Ryan Glover again. Thank you Ambient Edge.

jonathon was very professional and diagnosed a problem with the thermostat which was not allowing heater to work at full capacity. this had been this way for 10 years, so i was very pleased with his knowledge-a true professional.

Tommy was very professional and efficient. He completed his work in a timely manner. We appreciate the Ambient techs. We wish Tommy a successful career.

I can't say enough about your technician Beau Brown.  He arrived on time, knew what he was doing and projected confidence in everything he did.

It was a most memorable $800, 2 hour, no parts service call.  It's good to remember that the mark of a good sales organization is not the one who gets the order...it's the one who gets the reorder!
