I had Mike Vasquez at my house yesterday to get an estimate to replace a water heater and water softener. He was knowledgeable and professional and on time. I purchased both from him and he was back the next day and installed both. He also brought me some softener salt to start my unit. This man is very trustworthy and very nice to chat with. I left him at my house while I ran an errand and didn't even think twice about it. He even cleaned up all of the trash and hauled off the old ones which was a big plus. If you want a no hassle plumbing job call plumbing by Jake in Kingman 24/7 and ask for Mike Vasquez . great all around guy for just meeting him yesterday. Highly recommend him.

This Company quotes one price over the phone and hits you with another price when the technicians were finished. We live in a retirement community and feel we were taken advantage of. The average price on the high side to install a water is $520.00. Ambient Edge charged us over $1000.00
I would have NEVER approved the installation if I was quoted that much over the phone. I am retired ...and have been in the business and still know a little about the labor involved to install a water heater in the garage. We never thought it would cost that much for water heater installation. I was in the health club and thought the rep said $495.00. Here is what the 1495.00 installation looks like today. NO dielectriunion on the supply line! How did this get past a professional pluuber? AND the local inspector??

Ryan was polite and on time. As soon as he saw what needed to be done, he reassured me the job would get done and get done right. He installed my new awesome water softener,  went over installation, how it works and how to take care of it. I had them out to my property because I had clogged drains in my rental unit, and I urgently needed to get it fixed for the tenant.  Jon, the plumber who came out, was knowledgeable and friendly.  The quoted price was very strong, but this was an emergency. The work was completed, but after the call I started to realize that not everyone's story was lining up. My property manager had told me one thing, Jon another, the tenant another, and customer service had a different story as to why my bill was high for a quick fix.  Noticing that the tenant authorized the work & the story of the invoice and price did not match, I reached out to customer service.  Thankfully, the owner and manager of the business called me back, and we were able to discover the root causes of the discrepancies.  There was a breakdown in procedure and a error on the invoice as to what work was done.  I am very glad that he took the time to call me, because I felt like I had bad information which led me to be suspicious. Very glad it all worked out and that the owners take enough pride in their business to provide clarity for their customers.

Had a toilet clog that was driving me insane. Plunged for a long time, tried to snake it to no avail, then went looking online for solutions. The plastic bottle trick on your site worked like magic! I was really amazed at how easy and effective it was. Maybe the 45 minutes of plunging previously helped, but the bottle fixed it immediately. The only change I would make to your site is putting that at the top of your list. Thanks for the tip!
