We had an issue with an outside water faucet needing repaired. Quinn came to do the repair work and did an excellent job! They ultimately had to cut into drywall inside the house, but they covered it with an access panel that looks nice. We really appreciated the quick response, professionalism and good work of Quinn.

They were so amazing! I called the night before because my toilets and bathtubs were backing up, they were at my house 1st thing in the morning, the gentlemen that showed up were very nice and professional and had my issue fixed within minutes! I highly recommend!

Do not use Altstadt. They overcharge, and their plumbers will stand around and try to make small talk while charging you for the conversation. They're a joke, and their office is the only thing worse than the staff they use in the field. ALL OTHER LOCAL PLUMBERS OFFER BETTER SERVICE AND RATES THAN THIS JOKE OF A BUSINESS.

Twas the night before Christmas when all thru my house there was moaning and groaning, my daughters and my spouse. No hot water Mr Man! What will you do?!. Call Alstadt Hoffman Plumbing and away worries flew!  That is about the truth. Wife home after a surgery, Christmas around the corner and our water heater gave up after 15 years loyal service. Thanks for taking care of us Alstadt Hoffman! You saved our holiday.

I would never recommend this company to anyone. The overcharge in ways that they can legally get away with. We had them install a spout on the outside of our home last year and they did it incorrectly and had to come back out and fix it in April this year. They sent 2 people out since our home is further away and it was not a 2 person job. And they admitted that and took the charge off the first time. But sent another person out the second time and charged us more than 100 dollars more for a truck fee and travel being included in labor. Having no knowledge of this it was a shock to us. We would have chosen someone else closer if we had been informed of this the first time. Transparency is imperative in business and it seems from the PLETHORA of poor reviews you guys continue to get away with this. I'm thrilled to never have to deal with you again (yes we paid our bill BRANDY 😘)

The service was very professional, efficient, and thorough.  Derek was knowledgeable and patient.  I am happy to give them 5 stars and would recommend them to anyone.  :)

I give zero stars. They willingly rip people off for the simplest of things like wanting to take a hot shower for example. DO NOT CALL THEM FOR ANY SERVICE THEY OFFER. PLEASE FOR YOUR OWN SAKE.

The service technician Andy Watson was beyond helpful and did an amazing job! I would highly recommend Alstadt Hoffman for any plumbing issues you encounter!

We had an emergency.   Our main pipe busted and they were here in 15 minutes fixed the pipe in not even an hour.. Nathan was great. Thanks again

We have used Alstadt/Hoffman 3-4 times and have never had a problem. We had them come out due to a leak. We had multiple options we could utilize but wanted to ensure we were choosing the most cost effective route because we were selling the home. We could’ve utilized the home warranty for $500-$600, we told the employees that came to the house this was an option.  The employee stated the work wouldn’t be NEAR $500-$600, just a couple hundred. That they’d charge the hourly rate and it’d take only a couple hours. Well, I get my bill and the total is $600.  Again, we’ve never had an issue. If the employees would’ve mentioned it’s $85/hr PER PERSON, we wouldn’t have used them.  If they would’ve been HONEST, we would’ve paid our service fee and moved on!  We have multiple expenses due to moving and this one is a big one.  I always want to support local, but this is unacceptable.
