  Below freezing temperatures, first real snow of the season, frozen pipes; Angel was able to make it over to the house with out any issue. He diagnosed and provided lots of useful information to help solve the issue. Will definitely call him again if any other problems arise.

  We just moved into a big old house (with big old house problems) after renting our whole adult lives. Immediately upon turning on our hot water we had a flood down the walls. That’s when we met Angel - and he worked magic to give us hot water during Christmas week. He also came on New Years Day within 30 min when our heat wouldn’t turn on (it was because the oil tank was low - he showed us how to add oil until our first delivery so we could have heat - very important with a baby in the house!). He goes above and beyond - not only fixing what is wrong but explaining it to us and showing us the things we can do ourselves. We are in a new town and don’t know anyone. In the 2 weeks we’ve been here he’s become our go to. Above and beyond. Highly recommended if you need anything! (So much more than a “plumber !”- he knows about every system in the house!)

  Very Reliable!! If you find yourself in need of a plumber, call ALT HVAC !! Very fast response, clean professional work. Took the time to explain what was wrong and how he was going to fix the problem. A GREAT experience from start to finish!
