  We had used All Phase for plumbing and electrical services. If it is an expensive job, he is fairly prompt, But even as an established customer, he does not respond or does not show up when he says he will for smaller problems. When our toilet was installed, it rocked a bit. He did not respond to calls to correct this and when we finally got him here he tightened a nut, blamed his assistant and left. The toilet still rocked, and that ended up damaging the wax seal and causing a leak of dirty water. Not reliable! Using another plumber now.

  Bill installed a Generac back-up generator for our house. He did it in a timely manner and was very professional about it. Great guy to work with.

  It always amazes me when businesses don't call you back. Bill returns my calls, shows up and does the job without any drama. For that, I'm grateful. And he's a good guy. You won't be sorry calling All Phase Property Maintenance.
