  Honest, reliable company. The technician Daniel was very polite and professional. The office staff are always very helpful and nice. This is my 3rd time using Allstate Plumbing and I am very satisfied with their work. I would definitely recommend!

  Technician was professional (except as noted below) and completed work timely. cleaned up work space after completion. Tech did not wear a protective mask and in the course of discussion I concluded he was unvaccinated. Spouse and I masked up but we'll take a hit for not insisting that tech also wear one. (we had mask to offer). I think company should require their staff to mask up when working inside customer's house and/or if in close contact. Five-star job except for this issue.

  A job well done. They were able to respond on short notice. The person setting up the appointment was very helpful and polite. I liked the email confirmation for the appointment. In addition to fixing the problem, Ira was very informative when answering questions. I would hire them again.
