  If I could leave zero stars I would. After Adam cancelled our first two appointments I gave him one last chance, my mistake. I drove 30 minutes to meet him at the house to be serviced and he cancelled via text message after he was already supposed to be there. No prior notice, and now he won't answer my texts or phone call. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL!

  Thanks for your feedback! I regret you had a negative experience. You canceled an apointment with us too. The rescheduled appointment you set landed on a day with nasty weather. There was no reason you had to be onsite. Somethings just happen for a reason. I hope you found and got the service you needed. Regarding the comment about the stars, well that's in Google's hands.
