Great experience with two excellent techs who came out for same day service to help us with a weekend emergency! After two separate visits from another plumbing company, and no fix, Allied was able to assess the problem and had all of the equipment needed to get the job done.  The technicians exhibited excellent customer service, and wonderful attitudes. They even stayed after dark on a Saturday night until the job was done! Will definitely recommend.  Thanks Allied!

From the time I called Sherry and scheduled the appointment to job completion I was extremely satisfied with the Service and a service at a fair price. I do not recommend. Was quoted to clear and clogged pipe. They were not able to clear it and cracked my pipe that wasn't the problem originally. Still had to pay the almost $200 for their ATTEMPT AND MISTAKE. They left my outside clean-out trap open, my dog found the cover and that's when I noticed it was left open (after they left). I would have rather them have said they couldn't do the job and just paid the call out fee. Instead I'm left with a bigger problem than before. I should have just went with a different company when they originally "lost my appointment" and I had to wait additional time for them to come out. I should have known, but NEVER AGAIN!

After speaking with our tech he informed us that he was unable to access the section of drain pipe that was stopped up.  He was unable to access it through the roof vent due to the old short radius cast iron fittings that would not allow the cable to pass through.  He then tried to access the line from under the sink and again could not make the cable go through the old short radius cast iron fittings.  At that time he found the old galvanized steel nipple coming out of the wall rusted out and had a hole in it.  I believe he pointed this out to you.  He did not crack your pipe, it was rusted out. We stand by his diagnoses.  The rotting pipe and tight turn fittings need to be replaced.
As for the wait due to the "lost appointment", you were informed on the 10th when service was requested that we were a week out on available time due to the previous weeks of cold weather.  Your appointment was not "lost".
Our goal is to provide quality service to all of our customers. In spite of attempting to unclog your drain and diagnose the problem for 2.5 hours and then your decision to forego the repairs needed to properly fix your plumbing issues, we will not process your payment.

We sprang a leak in our laundry room during the Arctic plunge of 2021 so we had to shut off the water to our house.  I knew plumbers would be booked up and they were.  I called several places and got on the list of a couple one of which was Allied.  When I first called Allied I spoke with a Lady that was extremely helpful, she gave me more than one tip to help avoid this same problem in the future and assured me they would call if they had any cancelations which they did.  They came out on a Saturday and due to the weather they didn't charge extra for the Saturday visit!  They worked quickly and efficiently to fix our problem and checked to make sure there weren't any other leaks before they left.  Great experience working with them!

I ask for Caleb to serve my HVAC system bi-annually.  He does a totally thorough exam of the inside & outside systems, explains when a new part is needed that's critical for optimal functiioning, and has excellent customer relations skills, like all Allied service technicians.  His integrity is unquestionable.  I trust and respect his work completely.  I've never had a problem with my system because he keeps it running optimally.  Jan Harris

Allied installed a yard drain down the side of our property to the street. They had given us a reasonable price, and they showed up on time and did a quality job.  Would definitely use them again.

I have American Home Shield, I put in a claim for our upstairs not blowing air at all. They sent out AMP mechanical and the tech was there for 3 minutes and said it was improper installed ducting said he couldn’t fix it and left. I called AHS a day later and asked for another company to check it out, they let me pick and I chose Allied. I got a a call in 5 minutes and then Tom showed up in 15 minutes. He actually looked everything over showed me what was going on, very polite and professional, he reported the issue to the home warranty and they covered the ducting fix. He had it done within 2 hours and there’s air upstairs now. I can see why this company has such great reviews.
