Cathy was very helpful from the moment we walked into her store. We were just starting our search for a new sink and she was very helpful with walking us through the process. Cathy was able to find us the exact sink we wanted and even found the basket strainer and garbage disposal flanges to match. We were from out of state and she worked with us every step of the way to have every thing shipped to our door in a timely manner. Cathy provided excellent customer service and I would highly recommend doing business with her.

My wife and I purchased a sink and faucet from Pierpont’s recently and we absolutely love it. The sink is durable and looks beautiful no matter what we use it for. We have given dogs baths, cleaned car floor mats and even used for holding water to mop floors. The sink still looks brand new!  The faucet is stylish and excellent quality. Highly recommend using Pierpont’s. Cathy knows what products are the best and will give you her honest suggestions.

Cathy was awesome and well versed in finding just the right bathroom accessories for us.  The shop was the only one opened late on Saturday and she stayed even later to help us. She communicated with us every step of the way from purchase to delivery.  Every store should have a Cathy who pays attention to detail. These towel racks are fabulous!

Cathy, the owner, is all about customer service. She helped us order a high quality, stylish, faucet for our shower that matched our bridged sink faucets. She then helped us order an onyx shower system and located an installer for us to work with. Cathy is personable, knowledgeable and beyond helpful. Our bathroom remodel wouldn’t have been so easy to put together without Pierponts.

Even as we faced supply chain issues she pushed for timely delivery of our hardware  so our project was never frustratingly delayed. Cathy was great to work with!  Very knowledgeable in every aspect of her business and of the products and the product lines she sells. Cathy helped us pick some things out for our new home, and when we couldn’t find what we were looking for, she continued to look for us, and would send photos! The level of customer service that we received from Cathy exceeded our expectations, it was excellent. Will definitely use her again on any future projects.

I went to Pierponts looking for hardware for my shower renovation.  Cathy was very pleasant and knowledgeable, and even though she did not have what I was looking for in the showroom she took the time to show me catalogs of what could be ordered and ultimately found what I wanted in an older catalog.  Cathy explained the pieces and how they worked in detail be make sure I was getting what I needed and would work in my shower.  She then made a call to and business in Utica, New York, found the hardware I wanted and had it to me in ONLY TWO DAYS.  The thermostat control and water flow controller work perfectly and the handles and trim are beautiful!  I simply could not have asked for more from a great local business!  I would highly recommend Pierponts Bath & Kitchen for anyone looking for the perfect or hard to find pieces for a bathroom or kitchen.  Since I own an older home, I'll be returning to Pierponts in the future so I can get exactly what I want for my next renovation project!
